TECMETAL adopts, in its activities, good professional practices and ensures the full qualification of its personnel, aiming to meet the needs of external and internal clients; ensuring compliance with the NBR ISO 9001:2015 standard and seeking continuous improvement of the services provided, to exceed customer expectations in quality and cost; and to guarantee the sustainability of the business. The company is concerned with the well-being and professional development of its employees. It prioritizes the safety of people and property, following recommendations to comply with laws, regulations, and best practices. The company declares itself non-smoking. Smoking, drug use, or alcohol consumption are not tolerated in the workplace.
The company is sensitive to customer feedback regarding its services, respects their property, and treats the information provided and generated as confidential, in addition to acting impartially and declaring itself intolerant of corruption, seeking to ensure that all employees are in line with these principles. Specifically in its laboratories, TECMETAL adopts good professional practices in the tests performed, aiming to meet customer needs, and establishes through documented procedures that activities are conducted in accordance with its Quality Management System and with the NBR ISO 17025:2017 and NBR ISO 19011:2018 (corrected 2019) standards. The company, through non-profit projects, supports partners by donating its greatest asset: its technical expertise, the knowledge of its personnel, and its time.
